Quest Traders Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”), incorporated in the United Kingdom, operates the website Datemex.com (“Platform”). We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child abuse, or commercial sex services on or through our Platform.

1. Definitions

2. Zero Tolerance: Prohibited on Datemex.com

2.1 The following are strictly forbidden:

  • Any attempt to advertise, solicit, arrange, or engage in human trafficking, pimping, procuring, forced sexual activity, or sharing of child sexual abuse material.
  • Offers, requests, or promotion of commercial sex services, including escort, “sugar-dating” for money or gifts, “massage with benefits,” or similar euphemisms.
  • Recruitment or attempts to obtain documents, payments, or travel arrangements under misleading pretexts (e.g., “work,” “modelling,” “entertainment”) aimed at exploitation.
  • Content implying or representing under-18 age, “teen,” “schoolgirl/boy,” even in role-play contexts.
  • Sextortion, blackmail, or any attempt to coerce sexual activity or materials.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Datemex.com is a platform for adult users (18+) to connect socially and romantically. Flirting and consensual communication are welcome. Any sexual solicitation for money or valuables is prohibited.

4. Age and Verification

4.1 The Platform is strictly for users 18 years or older.

4.2 We may require age or identity verification (KYC, ID upload, selfie verification) if there are risk indicators, complaints, or randomly.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

8. Contractors and Partners

8.1 All partners, contractors, and service providers working with Datemex.com must:

  • Adhere to this Policy;
  • Immediately report potential violations;
  • Not use the Platform for processing payments or marketing of prohibited services.

8.2 Violation is grounds for termination of cooperation.

9. Staff Training and Auditing

9.1 Our moderation team receives ongoing training on identifying signs of trafficking and exploitation. We periodically audit our filters, reporting processes, and enforcement actions.

10. Data Handling

10.1 Reports and related data are stored securely and only for as long as required for investigation and legal compliance.

11. Consequences
