If you encounter a user who violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, please report them immediately. Your safety and the integrity of our community are our top priorities.

To report a user, please send an email to:

In your report, please include:

  • The username or profile link of the user you are reporting;
  • A detailed description of the violation;
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable and safe to obtain);
  • Your username (optional, but helpful for follow-up).

Violations You Should Report

If you see any of the following behavior or content, please report it immediately:

  • Users under 18 years of age
  • Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
  • Escorting, prostitution, or transactional sexual services
  • Solicitation of sexual services in exchange for money, goods, or value
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or intimidation
  • Impersonation of another person or entity
  • Solicitation of money, gifts, or financial support
  • Nude, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Promotion of commercial activities without authorization
  • Spam, bots, or automated accounts
  • Fake or misleading profile information
  • Sharing personal contact information in profiles or early conversations
  • Any illegal activity or content

What Happens After You Report

  • We will investigate the reported user and content within 1-3 business days;
  • If a violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination;
  • We may contact you for additional information if needed;
  • Your identity will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Important Notes

  • Reports are reviewed by real people, not automated systems.
  • False or malicious reports may result in action against your own account.
  • For urgent safety concerns, please contact your local law enforcement authorities.

Emergency Situations

If you are in immediate danger or believe someone is at risk of harm, do not rely solely on reporting through email. Please contact your local emergency services immediately.
